Anyone here willing to buy an issue of The Hollywood Reporter that will come out this week? The print or the digital/iPad one? Why? Remember this tweet (I cannot for the love of me find the FB post, I’m that lazy) where she said she was chosen by both Variety and THR to be an Emmy hopeful? It actually translates as “I am at their Emmy Roundtable sessions where the people there have higher chances of getting an Emmy nod this year and that it’s also free publicity so yay” and now that we already had Variety’s Emmy Roundtable out, I’ve been on the lookout for the THR Article/Video of the roundtable since that tweet/fb post came out (see, I’m pathetic). Then just a few hours ago, I was so frustrated of waiting that I googled something about THR and saw their Editorial calendar. Says there the Comedy Actress Emmy Roundtable would come out on the June 19 issue (THAT’S TOMORROW EVEN THOUGH THAT’S ACTUALLY TODAY HERE!) of THR’s Emmy Playbook editions. So yeah, I am quite positive she’s there and I hope we could have the iPad or the print out scans, in case the online photos were not enough. :P

The best advice my father ever gave me is sports-related — Shake it off. I was really really athletic and as a kid at at the time it seemed weird to be told to kind of shake off injuries and get back in the saddle, but it’s actually served me sort of emotionally to remember that notion of shaking it off and getting back up, so I think that’s pretty good advice from my dad.
So, recently I’ve been watching big bang theory a lot, and I’ve noticed how Sheldon and Amy’s relationship is probably better than Penny and Leonard’s, and even Bernadette and Howard’s.
The fact that even though Sheldon’s a massive douchebag sometimes and has no idea how to socialise correctly, makes me think that Amy must really love him, no matter how many times he’s upset her and made up for it with an insensitive gift such as a tiara.
And he must really love her, because before he met her, he had no intentions to get a girlfriend, let alone touch one. I find it adorable how both times she has kissed him, he hasn’t pushed away and rejected her, he closed his eyes and embraced her.
I love their relationship. I love the awkwardness of their cuddles. I love the way they can talk to each other without any fear of saying the wrong thing, I love how through everything, they stick together, and how even though they haven’t done anything other than kiss in the 3 years they’ve been together, we all know they’re going to get married and have lots of annoyingly smart children.
This explains the entire Shamy fandom as a whole and how the hell they exist in the first place.
